Egg and Pea Soup Recipe

cooking time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 227 grams lean pork (or 227 grams chicken)

  • 2 litter water

  • 227 grams young green peas

  • small knob green ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

  • 1 teaspoon brandy (or dry sherry)

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten

  •  salt

Method

 

1. Slice the pork, bring to boil in water with peas and ginger.
2. Simmer for 30 minutes, add Ve-Tsin, brandy and eggs.
