Method
1. Soak the seaweed and wash well.
2. Bring water to the boil and add salt.
3. Cut pork into very thin slices, put in pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Drain seaweed, chop into small pieces, add to stock and simmer for 5
minutes.
5. Add egg and spring onions, after removing the saucepan from heat.
6. Add soy sauce and serve.
