Chinese Vermicelli Soup with Quenelles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dessertspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 340 grams meat, minced (pork for preference)

  • 30 grams Chinese vermicelli

  • 1.13 litter water

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 4 spring onions, chopped

Method

 

1. Mix the corn flour with water.
2. Blend it into the meat and shape into small balls.
3. Wash vermicelli in warm water, drain and cook in stock for 4 minutes.
4. Add ' meat quenelles and boil fast for 3 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce and spring onions and serve.
