1 boiling fowl

1 dessertspoon salt

170 grams pork

2.27 litter water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

little ham, chopped

spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Clean chicken and rub with salt.
2. Cut pork into 3 or 4 pieces.
3. Bring water to the boil, add pork and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add salt, soy sauce and chicken.
5. Boil fast for 10 minutes, remove from heat and leave the chicken to
stand until cold.
6. Remove the breast and shred finely.
7. Add it to the strained soup together with the chopped ham and spring
onions and serve, hot or cold.
