Ingredients

1 boiling fowl, cleaned

2 litter water

56 grams awabi, dried

2 tablespoons sherry

2 teaspoons salt

114 grams Chinese ham, shredded

few spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Put chicken in water and bring to the
boil.
2. Add awabi, sherry, salt and ham.
3. Simmer gently for 2-3 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with spring
onions.
Note:
If awabi is, not available, shrimps can be substituted.
