Ingredients

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon salt

I teaspoon pepper

230 grams beef, finely chopped

1.2 litter stock (or water)

230 grams celery cabbage (or lettuce or
celeriac) finely chopped few drops sesame oil

2-3 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Mix the oil, soy sauce, salt and
pepper.
2. Spread this mixture over the beef and leave in a cool place for 1-2
hours.
3. Bring the stock to boil, add celery cabbage. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add sesame oil and beef. Bring to the boil again, add spring onions
and serve
