Carp and Red Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 carp (450 grams) (or grey mullet or bass)

  • 113 grams red beans

  • 30 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 30 grams fresh ginger, sliced

  • 15 grams preserved parsnips, sliced

  • 2 litter water

  • salt

  • soy sauce

 

Method

 

1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Place beans, mushrooms, carp, ginger and parsnips in water and cook for about 2 hours

    to reduce the liquid to 1.14 litter.
3. Add salt to taste and serve with soy sauce.
