30 grams mushrooms, sliced

30 grams fresh ginger, sliced

15 grams preserved parsnips, sliced

Method
1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Place beans, mushrooms, carp, ginger and parsnips in water and cook
for about 2 hours
to reduce the liquid
to 1.14 litter.
3. Add salt to taste and serve with soy sauce.
