Cabbage Soup Recipe

cooking time: 10-12 minutes


Ingredients

  • 3 heads Chinese cabbage

  • 110 grams pork

  • 1.4 litter water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon light soy sauce

Method


1. Wash and cut cabbage into small pieces, rejecting all coarse parts.
2. Slice pork into fine shreds.
3. Bring water to boil, add salt and pork.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes, add cabbage and soy sauce and simmer for further 2 minutes, keeping the pan   

    uncovered to prevent cabbage losing its colour.
5. Serve at once.
