Beef and Turnip Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams beef

  • 1.4 litter water peel

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 small turnips

  • 2 slices green ginger

  • 2 pieces dried tangerine

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

Method

 

1. Cut the meat into slices.
2. Bring water to the boil and add meat.
3. Season with salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Peel and dice turnips and add to the water together with tangerine peel, ginger and soy sauce.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
