Bean Sprout Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 230 grams sprouts

  • 110 grams pork

  • 1.10 litter water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon light soy sauce

  • few spring onions, chopped

Method

 

1. Wash and drain bean sprouts.
2. Cut pork into thin slices.
3. Bring water to boil and add pork seasoned with salt, simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add bean sprouts and simmer for a further 8 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
