Method
1. Cut pork into thin slices. Sprinkle
with corn flour, soy sauce, wine and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
2. Strain abalone, keeping all the juice. Cut into very thin slices.
3. Bring water to the boil, add abalone juice. As soon as boiling is
re-established, add pork.
4. Taste liquid for seasoning; if necessary, add more salt. Bring to
the boil.
5. Add abalone, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
