1. Soak mushrooms in warm water until
soft; dice mushrooms and abalone,
keeping the abalone
juice.
2. Shell peas and cut pork into thin strips.
3. Salt the water, bring to boil and simmer mushrooms and pork in it
for 5 minutes
4. Add peas and cook until tender.
5. Add abalone, abalone juice and soy sauce bring to the boil and
serve.
