Method
1. Mix the shrimps with the seasoning. 2. Fry in moderately heated oil and remove for later use. 3. Heat up oil to fry cooked rice and beaten eggs, add in green peas, char siew, lup cheong, shrimps and seasoning. 4. Lastly mix in spring onion and red chili (diced). 5. Dish up and garnish with cucumber and tomato. Serve hot.
