Method
1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water in a heavy saucepan. 2. Add rice, salt and pepper and simmer covered for 20 minutes. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. 3. Heat butter in small frying pan until lightly browned, but not burned. 4. Add nuts and nutmeg or mace and mix. 5. Stir into rice and toss to mix thoroughly. Serve garnished with parsley.
