Ingredients

85 grams lean pork, cut in thin small
slices

30 grams fresh mushroom, sliced

2 teaspoons light soy sauce

1 teaspoon corn flour

570 ml stock (or water with a bouillon
cube)

1 Cos lettuce, shredded

1 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

salt
-
1.14 litter water, salted boiling
-
170 grams rice noodles
Method
1. Sprinkle pork and mushrooms with 1
teaspoon' soy sauce as well as the corn flour, mix well.
2. Put in a pan, add stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
3. Add lettuce, remaining soy sauce and Ve-Tsin.
4. Stir gently and cook for 30seconds.
5. Taste for seasoning and, if necessary, add salt.
6. Bring noodles to the boil in salted water, simmer for 30 seconds and
drain.
7. Arrange on a heated serving dish, pour sauce over the noodles,
heaping the pork, mushrooms
and lettuce on top, and
serve.
