Ingredients

227 grams pork, minced

few spring onions, chopped

227 grams bean sprouts crushed

1 dessertspoon soy sauce

salt and pepper

1 slice fresh ginger, crushed

Method
1. Mix the pork with onions and bean
sprouts and fry in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add soy sauce, season with salt and pepper and ginger, cook for
another 3 minutes. Leave to cool.
3. Then proceed to make rolls as described in the recipe for Pancake
rolls, (see below), deep fry, drain
and serve.
Variation
Stuff the pancakes with a mixture composed of 227 grams pork, minced,
113 grams shrimps, peeled, chopped, 113 grams cabbage, shredded, and 57
grams celery, diced, with a tablespoon of spring onions, chopped, and
1/2
teaspoon of Ve-Tsin.
