Rice with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams rice

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 227 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoon cold water

  • 57 grams meat (lead beef, veal or pork), sliced

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method

 

1. Boil the rice as described, adding a teaspoon oil and salt.
2. Fry mushrooms lightly in the remaining oil and add corn flour diluted with water.
3. Add meat to the mushrooms.
4. Season with soy sauce, toss together for a few minutes, and pile all these ingredients on top of the

    rice when the latter has absorbed nearly all the water.
5. Cover, and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
