Red Bean Porridge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 600 gram dried red beans (wash several times till clean)

  • sugar

  • 4 pandanus leaves

  • water

  • 1 grated coconut (add 1 cup water to obtain thick milk, then add 1 more cup water to obtain thin milk)

Method

 

1. Firstly, boil beans with salt, enough water, pandanus and sugar till beans are soft and consistency thick.

2. Add thin milk to thin porridge a little.

3. Bring back to boil. Serve hot in individual bowls.

4. Pour a little thick milk into each bowl.
