Noodle Spinach Toss Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 227 grams med. egg noodles

  • 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1c. sour cream

  • salt

  • pepper

Method

 

1. Cook noodles and spinach separately according to pkg. directions. Drain both.

2. Combine with lemon juice, nutmeg, sour cream, salt and pepper.

3. Toss lightly. Over low heat, bring to serving temperature, but do not boil.
