Fried Rice (2) Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 45o grams onions, chopped

  • 227 grams rice, cooked, cold

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 450 grams cooked meat, chopped

  • 1 green pimento, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons peanuts,

  • 450 grams cooked meat, chopped

  • 450 grams onions, chopped shelled and roasted

Method

 

1. Heat pan, add oil, fry onions until golden.
2. Add rice and cook together, stirring well.
3. Add eggs, soy sauce and salt. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are done.
4. Add chopped meat, pimento and peanuts.
5. Cook until meat is heated through and serve.
