Fried Noodles Recipe

cooking time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams noodles

  • water

  • 113 grams lard (or oil)

  • 113 grams lean pork, sliced sliced

  • 57 grams celery, diced

  • 57 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 30 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

 

1. Boil noodles for 5 minutes in 1.5 litter water as described in chicken noodles. ( As soon as they float to

   the surface they are ready).

2. Rinse under cold tap, drain well and spread on a dish.

3. Heat lard and cook meat and vegetables in it for 5 minutes, stirring briskly all the time.

4. Add soy sauce and mix.

5. Fry the noodles separately in tablespoons oil for 5 minutes.

6. Add cooked vegetables and meat, fry together for 5 minutes, taste for seasoning and add more soy sauce

   if required, and serve.
