Crispy Noodles Recipe

cooking time: 12 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams fresh egg noodles

  • 450 grams lard (or oil)

  • 113 grams white cabbage

  • 57 grams onions, chopped

  • 227 grams lean pork

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

 

Method

 

1. Boil noodles for 5 minutes, rinse under cold water tap and drain well.
2. Melt the fat, arrange the noodles in a strainer or, frying basket and deep fry for 5 minutes

    until crispy and golden.
3. Chop the vegetables and meat finely, fry together for a few minutes in a tablespoon of hot lard.

    Add soy sauce and serve on top of the crispy noodles.
