Boiled Rice with Chicken and Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170 grams raw chicken, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon brandy

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 227 grams rice

  • 85 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

  • 1 dessertspoon oyster sauce

Method

 

1. Season the chicken with salt, mix with soy sauce, brandy and corn flour.
2. Start cooking the rice in the ordinary way, until it has absorbed almost all the water.
3. Pile the chicken and the mushrooms on top of it and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with chives, add oyster sauce, stir and serve.
