Veal with Water Chestnuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams veal fillet

  • 6 water chestnuts

  • 113 grams mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons lard

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon corn flour

  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Method

 

1. Cut the veal, water chestnuts and mushrooms into thin slices.
2. Heat lard, fry veal for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms. Fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.
4. Season with soy sauce.
5. Dilute corn flour in water, add to pan, stir to blend, simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce and serve
