Method
1. Dip veal slices in flour, salt and pepper mixed together. 2. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown veal quickly, several pieces at a time. Remove 3. Stir in bouillon cubes mixed with boiling water. 4. Add wine and lemon juice. 5. Scrape drippings into liquid and boil down slightly leaving 2/3 starting amount. 6. Return veal to pan and cook over high heat for about 8 minutes. or until tender. 7. Pour sauce over veal. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
