Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

cooking time: 15 minutes


Ingredients

  • 450 grams pork (lean and fat)

  • salt

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 57 grams corn flour

  • lard (or oil) for deep frying
     

Method

 

1. Skin the pork and cut into 1-inch cubes, season with salt.
2. Dip cubes in egg, then corn flour and deep fry in lard. (The pork is cooked when it rises to the surface

    and acquires a lovely golden colour)
3. Heap on a dish and serve covered with sweet and sour sauce prepared in the following manner:
