Sweet and Sour Duck Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 duck, singed and cleaned

  • salt

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • breadcrumbs

  • oil for deep frying

  • sweet sour sauce

 

Method

 

1. Bone the duck but keep it whole.

2. Sprinkle with salt, brush well with egg, coat with breadcrumbs and repeat the operation to make

3. Deep fry in oil until golden.

4. When cooked, drain, cut into uniform pieces and keep hot.
