salt sweet sour sauce
Method
1. Shred the chicken, sprinkle with salt.
2. Spread corn flour on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
3. Dip chicken in egg and corn flour.
4. Heat oil in pap and fry the chicken briskly for 2 minutes, stirring
constantly.
5. Add sweet sour sauce, stir, simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
