Stir Fried Mutton Slices with Black Pepper Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 225 gram frozen mutton slices

  • 4 cloves shallot (sliced)

  • 6 cloves skinned garlic (sliced)

  • 3 tbsps black pepper sauce

  • 2 tsps Shaoxing wine

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp corn flour

Method

 

1. Defrost mutton slices. Rinse and wipe dry. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in wok. Stir fry shallot and garlic slices until fragrant. Add Mutton slices and mix well.

    Pour in wine slightly and stir fry until fragrant. Put in black pepper sauce and stir fry until the mutton

    is done. Serve.
