Method
1. Rinse chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate for a while. 2. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in wok. Stir fry onion, shallot, skinned garlic and red chilies over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken and stir fry well. Put in curry powder, turmeric powder and chili powder. Stir fry for a while. Add seasoning and evaporated milk. Stir fry until until the sauce reduces. Serve.
