Stir Fried Black Skinned Pork Slices with XO Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 gram frozen black skinned pork slices

  • 150 gram french beans

  • 10 baby corns

  • 3 clovers skinned garlic (patted)

  • 1 tbsp XO sauce

  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce ground white pepper

  • 1 tsp corn flour

 

Method

 

1. Defrost pork slices. Rinse and wipe dry. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

2. Tease off hard strings from French beans and rinse. Section baby corns at an angle and scald.

3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Add French Beans, baby corns and 2 tbsps of water. Stir fry for a while and

    remove.

4. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry skinned garlic until fragrant. Add pork slices. Pour in wine slightly. Stir fry well.  

    Put in XO sauce and mix well. Cover the lid for 3 minutes. Pour in French beans and baby corns. Stir fry

    briefly. Serve.
