Stir Fried Beef Shreds with Bell Peppers and Seafood Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 150 gram beef tenderloin

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 yellow bell pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 5 cloud ear fungi

  • 2 tsps grated garlic

  • 1 tbsp sea food sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1 tbsp oil (added lastly)

 

Method

 

1. Soak cloud ear fungi in water thoroughly. Remove hard stalks. Scald and shred.

2. Rinse beef tenderloin and shred. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

3. Remove stalks from bell peppers and seed. Rinse and shred.

4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Add cloud ear fungi and bell peppers. Stir fry for a while and remove. Heat 1

   tbsp of oil in wok again. Stir fry grated garlic until fragrant. Add beef shreds and stir fry until it

   changes color. Lastly put in bell peppers, cloud ear fungi and sea food sauce. Stir fry well. Serve.
