Method
1. Cut the pork into very fine slices. 2. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sugar, gin and sesame oil and bind with corn flour mixed with water. 3. Blend thoroughly, place preserved vegetables on top and steam for 15 minutes, standing the dish in a pan of hot water.
Note:
Fresh vegetables can be used instead of preserved.
