Steamed Pork with Ground Rice Recipe

cooking time: 2 hrs

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams pork, fairly fat

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons cooking sherry

  • 227 grams ground rice

 

Method

 

1. Cut pork into neat pierces, sprinkle with soy sauce, and sherry and leave to macerate for 20-30 minutes.

2. Bake the rice slightly, to dry off and roll the pork in it.

3. Place in a basin, cover with a lid, stand in a pan of water and steam 1 1/2 hrs, adding water to pan

   if necessary.
