Steamed Pork with Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams shoulder of pork, thinly cut

  • 2 cubes bean curd

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons corn flour

  • 3 tablespoons cold water

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
     

Method

 

1. Put the pork on a steaming dish (shallow casserole or even a soup plate will do).
2. Mix all the other ingredients and blend into the pork.
3. Place in a pan, standing the dish on a grid.
4. Fill the pan with boiling water, without allowing it to touch the grid.
5. Cover, bring to the boil, steam for 45 minutes and serve.
