Ingredients
1 boiling fowl
2.27 litter water
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
pinch powdered ginger
Method
1. Put fowl in basin big enough to contain it and the water. 2. Add water, salt, pepper and ginger. 3. Stand basin in steamer and steam slowly for 5-6 hours.
Note: Chicken cooked this way keeps all its flavor.
