Steamed Chicken Wings and Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • wings and legs of 1 chicken

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 dessertspoon corn flour

  • 113 grams mushrooms, sliced salt and pepper

 

Method

 

1. Chop wings and legs into small pieces, including bones.

2. Mix with soy sauce and corn flour.

3. Add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Place in a deep dish and steam for 1 hour.
