Method
1. Remove stalks from dried black mushrooms. Soak in water until soft and shred. Rinse and shred preserved kohlrabi. 2. Rinse and chop chicken into pieces. Marinate for a white. 3. Arrange chicken on a plate. Add ginger slices, shredded mushroom and shredded preserved kohlrabi. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Put in sectioned spring onion and steam for a while more. Serve.
