Steamed Chicken with Preserved Kohlrabi

and Premium Light Soy Sauce Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken

  • 750 gram preserved Kohlrabi

  • 4 dried black mushrooms

  • 4 slices ginger

  • sectioned spring onion

  • 1 tbsp premium light soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp Shaoxing wine

  • 2 tsps corn flour

 

Method

 

1. Remove stalks from dried black mushrooms. Soak in water until soft and shred. Rinse and shred preserved

    kohlrabi.

2. Rinse and chop chicken into pieces. Marinate for a white.

3. Arrange chicken on a plate. Add ginger slices, shredded mushroom and shredded preserved kohlrabi. Steam

   over high heat for 15 minutes. Put in sectioned spring onion and steam for a while more. Serve.
