Spiced Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops

  • 15 grams Chinese Spice (Ng Heung Fun)

  • 7 grams Red Cheese (Nam Yue)

  • salt

  • pepper

  • flour

  • oil for deep frying

 

Method

 

1. Cut chops, bones and all, into 1-inch pieces and place in a deep dish.

2. Sprinkle with Chinese spice, red cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Dredge with flour and deep fry in boiling oil for 3-4 minutes.
