Method
1. Defrost snowy veal. Rinse and wipe dry. Mix with marinade. 2. Cut pineapple into small pieces. Rinse lemongrass and section at an angle. 3. Coat snowy veal with corn flour. Fry briefly and set aside. 4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Stir fry shallots and lemongrass until fragrant. Add read curry paste and stir fry until fragrant. Put in 1/2 cup of hot water and bring to the boil. Add coconut milk and seasoning. Put in pineapple and veal. Serve.
