Ingredients

450 grams pork, fairly fat

1 tablespoon soy sauce light

tablespoon soy sauce, dark

1 teaspoon salt

1 dessertspoon sugar

1 dessertspoon brandy (Chinese, if
possible)
Method
1. Cut the pork into slices, at least
1/2
inch thick.
2. Combine all the ingredients and steep the slices of pork in the
mixture.
3. Roast for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
