Roast Pork Recipe

 

cooking time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams pork, fairly fat

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce light

  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon sugar

  • 1 dessertspoon brandy (Chinese, if possible)
     

Method

 

1. Cut the pork into slices, at least 1/2 inch thick.
2. Combine all the ingredients and steep the slices of pork in the mixture.
3. Roast for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
