1. Cut the pork into neat slices.
2. Toss quickly in a hot pan in a little oil. (do not cook for more
than 1 minute.)
3. Add spinach, salt to taste and stock.
4. Simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add corn flour diluted with water, sesame oil, soy sauce and a
little pork dripping.
6. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
