Pork with Spinach Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 227 grams roast pork

  • oil for cooking (or pork dripping)

  • 1.4 kg spinach (or 1 large packet frozen spinach)

  • salt

  • stock to cover

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
     

Method

 

1. Cut the pork into neat slices.
2. Toss quickly in a hot pan in a little oil. (do not cook for more than 1 minute.)
3. Add spinach, salt to taste and stock.
4. Simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add corn flour diluted with water, sesame oil, soy sauce and a little pork dripping.
6. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
