Method
1. Bone the meat, sprinkle with salt and
brush with soy sauce. 8. Grease a bowl or deep dish lightly, put in a layer of meat, then a layer of potato slices, following with a layer of egg pancake. Repeat these layers until the dish is full. 9. Scatter aniseed on top. 10. Place the dish in a pan of hot water and steam for 3 hours. 11. Serve in a dish lined with crisp lettuce leaves.
