Pork with Ginger Slices Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 900 gram shoulder pork (cut in serving pieces)

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1/2 metric cup sliced young ginger

  • salt

  • 4 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 metric cup water

  • 4 cloves crushed garlic

  • 3 tbsp rice wine

 

Method

 

1. Marinate pork with sauces and salt.

2. Heat oil in a fry pan. Fry the ginger and garlic till fragrant. Stir in the pork frying till dry.

3. Add the water. When cooked, add wine and remove form heat. Serve hot with rice.
