Pork Cubes with Sweet Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams lean pork

  • salt

  • pepper

  • flour

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • oil for deep frying

  • sweet sour sauce

  • 113 grams Chinese pickled onions

  • few drops sesame oil

 

Method

 

1. Cut pork into cubes, season with salt and pepper and dredge with flour.

2. Dip into egg and deep fry in oil for 4-5 minutes.

3. Heat sweet sour sauce.

4. Add pickled onions and the pork to it, and cook together for 1 minute.

5. Sprinkle with sesame oil, cook for 1/2 minute and serve.
