Method
1. Soak olives in water for 5 minutes,
drain, add to beans and chop together finely.
2. Cut chops, bones and all, into 1-inch pieces.
3. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and bean and olive mixture and cook for
1 minute.
4. Add pork, salt, soy sauce and sugar.
5. Cook briskly for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
6. Add enough stock to cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
7. Thicken with corn flour diluted with water.
8. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
