Ingredients
Method
1. Cut meat into thin slices and divide
cauliflower into little flowerets.
2. Add soy, brandy and a pinch of salt to the meat.
3. Heat oil in a pan with ginger, then add meat and stir well. Cook for
5 minutes.
4. Add cauliflower, stirring all the time.
5. Add water, simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
Variations:
Pork and cabbage
Substitute equivalent amount of cabbage for cauliflower and proceed as
described in the above recipe.
Pork and peas
Substitute 450 grams peas for cauliflower and add 850 ml of water
instead of 280 ml. Simmer together for 10 minutes. The gravy can be
thickened with a little corn flour, if required.
