Ingredients

450 grams broccoli

227 grams shoulder of pork

3 tablespoons oil

teaspoon Ve-Tsin

clove garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon sugar

pinch salt

2 dessertspoons soy sauce

1 dessertspoon sherry
-
280 ml water

2 tablespoons corn flour
Method
1. Wash and cut broccoli into 1
1/2-inch
chunks.
2. Cut the pork into 1-inch squares, 4-inch thick.
3. Fry in oil with Ve-Tsin, garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce and sherry,
for 10 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and all but one tablespoon of the water, cook together
for 3 minutes.
5. Blend corn flour with the last tablespoon of water, add to pan,
stir, cook for a further 3 minutes, by which
time the sauce should
thicken, and serve.
