Method
1. Cut the pork first into thin slices then into strips. Sprinkle with soy sauce, sugar,1 teaspoon corn flour and salt. Mix well. 2. If canned bean sprouts are used, drain thoroughly. 3. Fry ginger and onions lightly in oil for 1 minute. Add pork and fry 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Add bean sprouts and cook together for 2 minutes. 5. Blend in oyster sauce. 6. Dilute remaining corn flour with water, stir into the pan, simmer for 12 minutes to thicken the sauce and serve.
