Pork with Bean Sprouts and Oysters Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 57 grams lean pork

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • pinch sugar

  • 2 teaspoons corn flour

  • pinch salt

  • 113 grams bean sprouts

  • 15 grams fresh ginger, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons water

 

Method

 

1. Cut the pork first into thin slices then into strips. Sprinkle with soy sauce, sugar,1 teaspoon corn flour

    and salt. Mix well.

2. If canned bean sprouts are used, drain thoroughly.

3. Fry ginger and onions lightly in oil for 1 minute. Add pork and fry 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 

4. Add bean sprouts and cook together for 2 minutes.

5. Blend in oyster sauce.

6. Dilute remaining corn flour with water, stir into the pan, simmer for 12 minutes to thicken the sauce

   and serve.
