Ingredients

113 grams raw pork, minced

teaspoon Ve-Tsin

1 teaspoon light colored soy sauce

salt

1 teaspoon corn flour

1 can cream-style sweet corn

water

2 egg whites

1 tablespoon cooked ham, minced
Method
1. Sprinkle pork with Ve-Tsin, soy
sauce, a pinch of salt and corn flour and mix well.
2. Pour contents of sweet corn can into a saucepan, add equal amount of
water and heat.
As soon as boiling is
established, add pork and cook together for 5 minutes, stirring
constantly.
3. Beat egg whites with a tablespoon cold water, gradually add to the
saucepan, stirring all the time.
4. As soon as the egg whites are blended in and set, transfer to a
heated serving dish.
5. Sprinkle the top with ham and serve.

Minced chicken with sweet corn
